Configuring Notifications

The Google Management Settings extension allows you to configure email notifications that will be sent when there are offers that will expire in the next 30, 15 or 7 days or when there are new offers available in the catalog that start in less than 30 days and have not been configured in Connect yet.

To configure the notifications, complete the following steps:

  1. Go to the Settings module in Connect and click the Google Management Settings under Extensions.

    Note: If the extension has not been installed yet, see the Installing Google Management Settings section.

  2. Click Notifications Configuration.

  3. Select the events for which you would like the extension to send notification emails:

    • Notify me 30 days before an offer expires.

    • Notify me when a new offer is available: A notification will be sent when a new item is available in Connect for which the marketplace offer ID has not yet been configured in the offer_id_prod and offer_id_test parameters of the Google Workspace Connect product.

  4. Enter the email address that will receive the notification emails. You can configure several email addresses separated by a semi-colon.

Note: One notification per marketplace will be sent to the configured email addresses.
